about
Spiritual healing has always been in my blood. My grandmother was a gifted spiritual healer who practiced what some call “laying hands,” an ancestral practice deeply connected to what we know today as Reiki. She also had premonitions through her dreams, and I grew up witnessing the quiet power of intuitive healing. I didn’t know it then, but her gifts were being passed down to me.
Years later, during a season of deep self-discovery, Reiki found its way into my life. After my first session, something shifted. I began to learn more about myself and felt called to explore further. That curiosity became a journey. While working on my doctoral studies, I dove deeply into spiritual practices; developing a daily meditation routine, embracing yoga, and transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle that expanded my connection to Spirit.
Reiki stayed with me through all of it. Eventually, I felt called to become trained and attuned. That’s when everything changed.
Through Reiki, I reconnected not only with Spirit, but also with my ancestral lineage. I began to uncover intuitive gifts I hadn’t fully recognized before. With every client, every session, I learn something new. My path is a continuous unfolding, and it is my deepest honor to walk alongside others as they awaken to their own healing abilities.
Whether you are seeking peace, clarity, energetic realignment, or a deeper connection with your higher self, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll tap into the wisdom already within you and co-create the healing you deserve.
Let’s begin your journey.
